This garden design consisted of two areas. The first area of this landscaping design was for entertaining, the second for wildlife. Within the first area landscaped is a large semi-circular softwood deck with a semi-circular crazy paved path leading up to an indian sandstone patio for evening sun. On one side of the path is a large amenity lawn area on the other is a mixed border with low maintenance planting. Separating the two areas is a trellised fence/pergola planted with climbers. Within the wildlife area is a gravel path leading to an indian sandstone circle seating area with raised beds. We installed 10 bat boxes and 12 bird boxes to encourage wildlife. All planting in this area was native species. For the front of the house we put in a new driveway with raised lawn area.
