Garden design and landscaper contract in Terenure, Dublin

This landscapers contract took place in Terenure, County Dublin. The brief from the client was to create a low maintenance garden, to include synthetic grass, patio area, water feature and a place for two log house for the burner within the house.

To begin the garden was in a very bad condition. Our team of landscapers removed unwanted plants, existing gravel and matting. We created meandering beds using silver Chinese granite. To create different levels with the beds we lay cobbles standing for some beds and horizontal for others. Our landscapers then constructed a cota of brown limestone patio and barbeque area outside the conservatory. We use cota of brown limestone over other natural paving because it is very dense and never discolours. For the water feature I used a stone which I picked up from a quarry in Wicklow. The stone was drilled to create a central hole through which water could flow,  a central LED light was then included. Next, we lay the synthetic glass lawn on top of a compacted layer of quarry screens with a 25mm layer of sand. We then incorporated the two log houses. To finish we planted the beds with suitable trees, shrubs, perennials, climbers and laid matting covered with bark mulch to eradicate future weeding.

The client was very happy with the results from our landscapers. If you like what you see please contact Kevin Baumann on 086 8198444.
